This document governs all service providers, technicians, freelancers, contractors, workers, vendors, partners, and partner companies registered on Quiker.my operated by Xpertiz Business Solutions Sdn Bhd. By registering, accepting bookings, submitting quotations, or using the platform, providers confirm full agreement to all terms and policies stated below.
1. Provider Registration & Eligibility
Providers must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Submit valid IC/Passport
- Provide accurate personal or business information
- Maintain active phone number and bank account
- Possess required skills, tools, manpower, or certifications
Quiker.my reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice.
2. Provider Verification
Verification may include:
- IC/Passport verification
- Selfie verification
- Phone verification
- Bank account verification
- SSM registration (for companies)
- License or skill certification
Additional documents may be requested anytime for compliance, safety, or fraud prevention.
3. Independent Contractor Status
All providers are independent third-party service providers. Quiker.my does not employ providers, workers, technicians, freelancers, or companies.
Providers are fully responsible for:
- Workers and subcontractors
- Tools and equipment
- Transportation
- Service execution
- Taxes and legal compliance
- Insurance and safety
4. Booking Acceptance Policy
Freelancer
- Only 1 active booking at a time
- Must complete current job before next booking
- OTP + photo evidence required
Company (Single Entity)
- Only 1 active booking at a time
- OTP + photo evidence required
- Next booking after completion
Company + Servicemen
- Based on headcount
- 1 serviceman = 1 active booking
- Example: 3 servicemen = 3 active jobs
System auto-assigns bookings to available workers.
5. Job Completion Requirements
Providers must:
- Complete job as agreed
- Collect OTP confirmation
- Upload photo evidence
- Follow service scope strictly
Fake or incomplete job submissions are strictly prohibited.
6. Pricing & Quotations
Providers may:
- Accept fixed-price jobs
- Submit quotations
- Participate in bidding
Providers must NOT:
- Add hidden charges
- Force off-platform payments
- Mislead customers
- Change price without approval
7. Commission, Joining Fee & Promotional Cost Policy
7.1 Joining Fee (If Applicable)
A joining or activation fee may be charged for platform access and onboarding.
7.2 Commission Fee
Quiker.my charges a fixed percentage commission per completed job as mutually agreed.
- Commission applies per job
- Automatically deducted or collected
- No additional hidden charges apply
7.3 Promotional Cost Sharing
For marketing campaigns, discounts, coupons, vouchers, and promotional activities designed to boost sales and bookings:
Promotional Cost Split:
• Quiker.my bears: 50%
• Partner / Provider bears: 50%
Both parties share the cost equally (50% + 50%) to boost platform sales and partner visibility.
8. Cash Collection & Commission Liability
For direct cash collection jobs:
- Providers must immediately pay Quiker.my commission
- All dues must be settled without delay
Example:
Customer pays RM100 directly → Provider must still pay platform commission
Failure to pay will result in system restriction.
9. Automatic Blocking Rule
If outstanding dues reach RM100 or more, the system may:
- Block booking access
- Freeze wallet
- Hold payouts
- Restrict account functions
Account will be restored only after full payment.
10. Payout Policy
Payouts processed 4 times per month — Every Wednesday (weekly cycle)
Payout depends on: Completed jobs | No disputes | No outstanding dues
Quiker.my may hold payouts for verification, fraud checks, or dispute resolution.
11. Provider Conduct Rules
Providers must:
- Act professionally
- Be punctual
- Respect customers
- Maintain safety standards
Providers must NOT:
- Misbehave or harass
- Submit fake jobs
- Damage property
- Perform illegal work
- Manipulate ratings
12. Ratings & Reviews
Customers may rate providers after job completion. Ratings affect: Job allocation | Visibility | Platform ranking. Fake reviews are strictly prohibited.
13. Insurance, Liability & Risk Responsibility
Providers are fully responsible for all insurance coverage including:
Insurance Responsibility Includes:
- Medical insurance
- Health insurance
- Accident insurance
- Worker compensation
- Disability coverage
- Life insurance
- Public liability insurance
- Third-party insurance
- Vehicle insurance
- Equipment insurance
Injury, Accident & Liability Disclaimer
Quiker.my is not responsible for:
- Injuries or accidents
- Medical emergencies
- Disabilities or illness
- Death or fatal incidents
- Workplace or operational risks
- Loss during service execution
Quiker.my does NOT provide any insurance coverage. All risks are fully borne by the provider or company.
14. Public & Property Damage Liability
Providers are fully responsible for: Property damage, Public damage, Water/electrical damage, Fire incidents, Third-party injuries, Customer losses, Negligence claims.
Quiker.my bears no legal or financial responsibility.
15. Provider Indemnity
Providers agree to fully indemnify Quiker.my against: Claims, Lawsuits, Damages, Penalties, Legal costs, Customer disputes arising from service execution or provider actions.
16. Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Fraud or fake documents
- Commission non-payment
- Policy violations
- Illegal activities
- Poor performance
- Customer complaints
Suspended accounts may lose:
- Wallet balance
- Earnings
- Platform access
17. Policy Updates
Quiker.my may update policies anytime without prior notice. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
